Set in the cliff face of a private, security gated road in Es Cubells, Oasis is the ultimate in luxury waterfront villa, with uninterrupted sea views as far as Formentera.  The property has recently been fully renovated and is built over three floors with first class facilities to match some of the world’s finest hotels. It’s six en-suite bedrooms are finished with the finest linen and with a phone system for room service. The master bedroom boasts its very own private terrace. The house comes with a large open-plan main kitchen and even features a massage deck overlooking the sea, meditation rock, gym with sea views and arcade-style games room. 

OUTSIDE SPACE 

Outside are various terraces and outdoor dining areas, a swimming pool with panoramic sea views and private, gated access to the sea where there is also a boat jetty. The nearby village of Es Cubells has a lovely little cafe, shop and restaurant should you not wish to venture too far but equally, the famous beach and beach clubs of Cala Jondal are just 5–10 minutes away.    

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 

Bedroom one: The master suite is accessed separately on the lower terrace and has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and steam room.  

Bedroom two: A family suite with private entrance, a double bed ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a connecting room which has bunk beds for two children.  

Bedroom three: Separate access by the pool terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.  

Bedroom four: Double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There’s a connecting door to bedroom five.   

Bedroom five: Sea-view, double bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with shower. A connecting door leads to bedroom four.

Bedroom six: Private entrance from the terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There’s a large TV and seating area for ten.
