Montemar Alt

Montemar Alt is a traditional whitewashed with wooden shutters Mediterranean villa, set on a huge plot in the North-Mallorcan countryside, with olive and almond trees. There are two properties on the estate (and this one overlooks the lower one, from there the name Alt which means ‘high’). The shared grounds feature more fragrant foliage, as well as a vineyard. The high-spec interiors ensure mod-cons (underfloor heating, Sonos speakers and curved TVs) co-habit with the more rustic charms (ikat cushions, woven textiles and wooden antiques). The open plan Bulthaup kitchen offers a Cornue oven, stone workshops and a dining area that seats eight. Outside by the covered terrace another table for up to 12 people where you can enjoy dining by the pool and enjoying the magnificent views over the Alcudia Bay. The house also has a beautiful lounge area with a fire place, curved HDTV, a home cinema and billiard room. Walking trough French doors you can find the mosaic-tiled pool with wooden decking, sun-loungers and a shaded seating area with sofas and armchairs.

• The villa has five ensuite bedrooms, with either double beds or twins, on request.
• Two are master bedrooms, with a curved Samsung TV and French doors leading out onto the pool deck.
• Each of the ensuite bathrooms has a walk-in shower; some have stone twin sinks.
