OVERVIEW

A beautiful, spacious property with stunning views across the water to Formentera. Ideal for families with a shallow area in the huge pool and a kids play area complete with swings, trampoline and Wendy house. Inside is bright and cool, with chic, natural styling. The lounge area opens up onto the terrace where there is a dining table and access to the pool and garden below. There is a separate TV area with DVD.A kitchen with breakfast table and American bar, also has a separate access to the terrace. Each bedroom suite is well spaced and unique. There are two bedrooms in the main house and the remaining four bedrooms have separate access via the garden. The most recent addition is a well equipped gym with weights, cardio machines and mats.

OUTSIDE SPACE 

As well as having a shallow end for kids, the pool has an in-built jacuzzi area. It’s decked by sun loungers and parasols and has a pool-house complete with a well-equipped summer kitchen. The huge garden with grass lawn offers up plenty of corners for relaxing in the shade and for the children to play in. There’s a pergola with chill-out lounge area and for the more active a half-sized football pitch providing hours of entertainment.

Main house

Bedroom one: Master suite leading from the lounge with kingsize bed, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub. Private terrace with sea view.

Bedroom two: Children’s room with bunk beds leading from the entrance hall and a separate bathroom with shower. Access to a private terrace.

Annex bedrooms

Bedroom three: Set down by the pool with separate access through the garden. Double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom four: Next to bedroom three. Double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom five: Double or twin bedroom with separate access and en-suite bathroom with shower (door connecting to bedroom six)

Bedroom six: Twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower (connects to bedroom five)
