OVERVIEW
Can Riviere is a 450m2 villa surrounded with mature trees. An ideal central spot, about eight mins from both Jesus and Santa Eulalia. From here it’s easy to reach lots of great restaurants and several beaches along the south east coast of the island such as Talamanca and S’Estanyol. The main house with beautiful interior design features throughout has a well equipped family kitchen with Smeg range cooker and breakfast bar, leading to an additional open lounge and larger indoor dining table. There are three double bedrooms in the main villa, all of which are en-suite. There’s also a separate guest house with two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one twin bedroom which shares a bathroom with one of the double rooms. A spa-style bathroom leads outside from the guest house with freestanding bathtub.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The 14m x 5m swimming pool area has sun loungers for 12 and thatched parasols around the pool with an outdoor shower so all guests can enjoy this stunning location together. The pool can also be heated for stays at cooler times of the year. There’s an outdoor lounge area by the pool with a Smeg drinks fridge, big comfy sofa, dining table and BBQ. There is also a shaded breakfast terrace area just outside the main house with lots of well-designed and luxurious seating, eating and chilling spaces.
