OVERVIEW

A beautiful, well-cared for villa with sea views in one of the island’s best locations. Ideal for families or groups of friends to relax in style, overlooking Cala Jondal. The villa is finished to a very high level with modern, stylish interiors and landscaped gardens. Just a short drive away are some of the islands best beach clubs and restaurants. The house is open plan with Doimo Italian kitchen and Miele appliances. Large glass patio doors slide open onto the terrace and there is a seating area plus separate TV area for kids. All throughout the house is integrated air con, SONOS music system, domotic lighting system and high speed WiFi. There are four bedroom suites in the main house and the fifth has separate access down below the pool.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Outside on a shaded terrace there is a dining table for 12 looking over the 10m x 4m infinity pool. The grass lawn leads down to a shaded seating area with sweeping sea views. There are balinese beds tucked away for guests to unwind in the peaceful garden. For some family entertainment there is a ping pong table and trampoline to enjoy.
